Anil Soni is a contemporary painter whose work bridges traditional Indian aesthetics with modern expression. A Gold Medalist in both BFA and MFA (Painting) from Banaras Hindu University, he also qualified UGC-NET (2009). A member of the State Lalit Kala Akademi, Lucknow (since 2024), Soni has received honors including the National Scholarship (2009–2011) and Kala Guru Samman (2020).
His paintings have been exhibited at Jehangir Art Gallery, Gallerie Art Eterne, and the Bombay Art Society’s 130th Annual Exhibition (2022), among others. Soni’s works, housed in collections like the International Museum of Fine Arts, Varanasi, reflect a poetic synthesis of heritage and innovation—where traditional motifs meet contemporary sensibility. His art resonates with spiritual depth, technical finesse, and a timeless dialogue between culture and creativity.
