Collection: Priyanka Chandwani, New Delhi

Delhi-based visual artist, Priyanka Chandwani whose practice unfolds through the metaphor of tangled yarn—an emblem of life’s intertwined emotions and experiences. Working across drawing and mixed media, she employs thread as both material and metaphor, allowing it to weave narratives of tension, memory, and transformation. Her works explore the sculptural potential of fabric, capturing the delicate balance between light, shadow, and texture. By isolating mundane objects and rendering them with meditative precision, she redefines their significance within the rhythm of daily life.

Educated at Delhi University with a Master’s in Fashion from the Pearl Academy of Design and a diploma from Wigan & Leigh, UK, Priyanka continues to refine her artistic vision under the mentorship of Shri Rameshwar Broota at Triveni Kala Sangam, New Delhi.

Her works have been showcased at CIMA Gallery, Birla Academy of Art and Culture, State Art Gallery Hyderabad, and national exhibitions including AIFACS. Through her evolving practice, she celebrates the beauty of the unfinished—the quiet poetics of becoming.
