He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from Utkal University, Odisha (2000) and completed his M.F.A. in History of Art from Karnataka State Open University, Mysore. Alongside his studio practice, Priyaranjaan has worked extensively in the field of animation and design education since 2001, serving as a faculty member for leading institutions and creative studios.

His artistic philosophy draws from psycho-aesthetic principles and the emotional resonance of visual form, a theme he elaborated in his guest lecture “The Value of Psycho-Aesthetics in Design” at IIT-IDC Mumbai (2023). He is also the author of “Beauty of Visuals: The Concept of Design Principles” (The Write Order Publications, 2022).

With over two decades of active engagement, his works have been showcased internationally at venues such as Saatchi Art Gallery (USA), Artiez Gallery (Dubai), Triveni Art Gallery (Delhi), and Art Houz (UK and India). His art continues to explore the dynamic relationship between perception, emotion, and visual harmony.
